Unconditional Happiness

Happiness is something we all want. We are doing everything for happiness. I think everyone wants to live a happy life. Well, who doesn't? But the strange thing is very few of us know what happiness is actually.
Let me tell you about my teen years. I hope those experiences can explain the true meaning of happiness in a better way. At that age, my biggest weakness was that I used to get attached to people very easily. I think it's still my weakness. But there is no meaning of attachment when we all know that in the end we have to sacrifice our own body too. Being very honest and practical with my experiences, I have concluded a phrase: "attachment kills". If you want to live a happy life then never ever get attached to somebody or something ever in your life. Attachment leads to conditional happiness. Conditional happiness means you are happy only when they are with you. And once they leave, your conditional happiness with them also leaves. This leads to unhappiness. Many people get depressed with such suffering. Throughout the years I have heard people committing suicide just because the person they loved the most left them. But it's not their fault. Bonds, relationships, affinities are all meant to be broken one day. The most happy person in this world is the one who is not attached to anybody or anything. Life is short, make it memorable. Do whatever makes you happy and never make somebody else the reason for your happiness. The secend most important thing to be happy is to be selfless. Be selfless. Give selfless love. Help people without expecting anything in return. Happiness comes from inside. Everyday, try to make atleast one person smile. The smile on somebody else's face because of you is a huge source of happiness.
Smile. A smile on your face makes you happy without any reason. And what can be more pleasing than unconditional happiness.

Have a great day!
