Blog #2

So, the plan was to start the first day of this year by watching the rising sun in the early morning rather than waking up late after partying till midnight. But, thanks to the dense fog which ruined my beautiful plan. Although I still managed to keep the rest of the day productive as I expected, still I'm grateful for the weather (sarcasm, you know).

Like everyone, I also get some New Year Wishes (not some, but very few). And then one of my friends wished me "A New Decade" which made me realize that two decades have already passed and I'm left with only 6 or 7 decades more. Well, we all think we have more than 10,000 minutes, more than thousands of days, and more than 50 years ( if you're in your teens or early twenties only) but we don't have many decades. And not everyone is blessed with a century to live. So, live life wisely. Stop postponing things. Pick that book you've always wanted to read. Learn that skill you've always wanted to master. Finish that course you're still stuck in. I just want to say that keep moving because time never stops. So, if you ever feel like postponing something because you're being too lazy then just remind yourself how many decades you're left with.

I named this blog "Blog #2" not only because it's my second blog but also to remind all of us that showing up on the first day is easy, but continuing it on the second day is more of a challenge. We all make resolutions, we show up on the first day but somehow many of us fail to continue the streak even for the second day and then give up so easily. Only if we show up on the second day, wouldn't it will get easier to continue for the third day as well? So, if you made a resolution and did that thing yesterday, then do it today too. Stop making excuses. Trust me, you won't even realize when that new year's resolution turned into your daily ritual.

That's all for today. Hoping that you liked it and it didn't waste your precious time. If you have any suggestions or feedback then please let me know in the comments.

Have a great day!
