Anxious!
I don't know why but somedays I get anxious and feel very low. Even though most of the days I remain enthusiastic but still they are few days when I get anxious. I sense a feeling of aimlessness. Maybe, one of the reasons is that I have almost no social life. I'm an introvert but still, social life is important for everyone because humans are social animals.
Another reason could be that my life has become monotonous. I'm doing the same things daily and now I don't like it. Our brains always look for a change. They never like the same things being repeated over and over again. This is also the reason why we get fed up with eating the same dinner every day even though if it is our favorite. So, a monotonous routine can lead to anxiety.
Next is a bad posture. Like I have been mentioning about my spine in the last few blogs, it is kind of becoming an issue for me. Long hours of sitting are making my spine curve excessively. It has also caused another issue of forward-head. Now, these things can be cured but they take time. Still, dealing with such issues can be a big pain for anyone which leads to unnecessary stress resulting in worrying and anxiety.
Lastly, there comes a stage when your anxiety is at its peak. Your heart starts throbbing. You can't think clearly and eventually everything blacks out and you just give up at that very moment. And that is what creates a sense of aimlessness in oneself.
So, I just want to say that if you want to live a life free from unnecessary stress and anxiety then avoid all these things which I have mentioned above.
