Changing climate and global warming

This year I have been observing that it is just April and still the temperatures are much greater than usual at many places. Also, for the last few years, I have observed that the Indian climate is varying from its usual pattern. Winters are getting shorter while summers are getting longer. We can see that the cause is global warming. 

Happenings of natural calamities are becoming frequent events. A few months back, a glacier burst in the lower Himalayan region. For many years, the southern part of India is experiencing floods. And it's not just about India but the world. Like Europe was badly affected by windstorms in 2020. And, some of Antarctica's snow has turned green. Algae is the cause and global warming promoted its growth.

So, events like these are immediate signs that this world needs care and protection. The time has come and a need to create awareness is the major need of this hour. 

Even the movie 'Interstellar' which tops the list of science fiction movies has a plot that depicts that the earth is no more habitable by the 2060s. 

Well, the choice is all ours. The sun still has enough hydrogen to burn for the next 10 billion years, so why let this earth die before the end of our solar system. Let it remain a harmonious place. 

So, make a promise to yourself that we will make this planet great once again so that not only we but the coming generations too can live and enjoy all the joys of nature peacefully.
