Let's be persistent
It's been only 15 days since I modified my workout and I can see changes in my physique. Changes I didn't saw in the last three months are visible now. So, pushing the limits to the maximum is very important. Now I feel if I have been doing this workout from January then I would have been in a much more good physique. Anyways, better late than never. At least I have started pushing the limits, so it's also good for me.
Things like this happen with all of us. We all are somewhere involved in doing something for a long period of time with consistency and still are not getting any major improvements. Maybe, we are not pushing enough. One thing we all should remember that to get extraordinary efforts, those extra efforts are required. And it's up to us how much extra effort we are putting in. Some maintain consistency but with minimal efforts and keep on doing that for long periods of time. While some push their limits to their best possible and finish that task in a really short span with some great results as well.
Human capabilities are merely a matter of mindset. It's just a mental barrier that is keeping us from pushing ourselves to the best possible. Though I have already shared this fact in one of my previous blogs, I'm sharing this again to remind all of you that limits never exist. It's just us who has put a measure on our capabilities. I see many people using fancy quotes such as 'sky is the limit' but I guess hardly a few actually try to understand its meaning.
There are people who are actually pushing their limits, like Elon Musk, the second richest person on this planet. He works 100 hours a week and this is one of the reasons his life is extraordinary too. Like him, there are few more people who are living extraordinary lives by putting extraordinary efforts into whatever they do. Unfortunately, there are only a few more. So, why not we all do our best to make our efforts extraordinary too. And if this world will have many people like these then it would definitely become a much bigger and better place than today.
So, let's just add a simple thing in whatever we are doing consistently and that is quality efforts. Because quality with consistency becomes persistency.
Have a great day!
