I almost fainted
Yesterday I planned a one month super workout and today I just had my day one of it. The workout was good. I did it like I used to do one month back. And so, it turned out to be too intense. My ATP levels went too down that I was rushing to find a bench to lie on. I was about to faint. So, I layed on a bench. Took off my shoes and relaxed. Also, I was badly dehydrated. It took me around 10 minutes to regain enough to get back home. Still, on my way I was wondering if would really be able to make it to home or not. Anyhow, I managed to reach home and then I drank water. Layed on my bed for few minutes and completely regained myself. The workout turned out to be too intense for first day, especially when you have been on a break for a month. Also, I know this very well that I'm going to have very bad cramps tomorrow. And they will last for atleast two days. Maybe I could get muscle soarness and fever as well. Still, it's all a part of building physique.
Now, from the last two days I'm gradually adapting to my schedule and so I'm being productive. Also, it had been so many days I'm just writing on this blog. And now I feel I should expand the reach of this. The thing is that I'm not giving much time to this blog. It's just I write and I post. I hardly focus on the statistics of the audience. Also, it is a period of uncertainity because it is lockdown so I should shift my focus more on this rather that the things which are yet uncertain.
I urge all of you too to shift your focus on things which can add value to your life at this time of uncertainity. Because, in such times people suffer from anxiety and depression and to avoid such conditions this is the best we can do.
Have a great day!
