Top 5 challenges to try this June
It is said that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make a lifestyle. But sometimes a 30-day challenge is enough to see how it feels to adopt a lifestyle.
Well, this month is about to end and I have some pretty cool one-month challenges which you can try to challenge your limits.
1. No junk food challenge
Well, if you're someone who has built a habit of having some unhealthy snacks regularly then you should definitely try this out. It also comes with its own benefits. Like, first of all, at the end of a month you would no more be craving junk foods and unhealthy snacks. You will definitely be looking more attractive in appearance. And, of course, you will be healthier.
2. No sugar challenge
If you don't really want to give up on junk food because you're too badly addicted to them then here's an alternative for you. You can take a small step though. So, try quitting sugar for 30 days. I know it kind of sounds weird but it's a good one to test out your limits. Everyone likes to enhance the sweet sides of their taste buds. But, it can become challenging when you're not getting to enjoy that taste.
Bonus: Natural sweet substances such as fruits are allowed.
3. Workout Challenge
Do you want to lose fat? Then this one is absolutely for you. And trust me, not only it will make you fit but also more active at the end of it.

4. Book Reading Challenge
This one is for those who are addicted to binge-watching. It has been observed that the number of hours people spending over watching videos has been gradually increasing over the past few years. And so, if you are one of those then you should give this a try. There can't be a better idea to get rid of this habit. So, in this challenge, you have to read for an hour every day for 30 days. If you miss a single day, you will lose. You can choose any book. And if you finish a book, then you have to pick another one.
5. No social media challenge
Last but not least, I guess this one is the toughest of all. Well, these days one cannot think of a life without social media. And almost everyone spends at least an hour on social media every day. So, this one is for those who are addicted to Instagram or Facebook, or any other platform. It will give you a taste of how life is without social media. If you really want to challenge your limits, also if you want to experience what I experience after not being on social media for two years, then I guess there can't be a better challenge.
