So, today I've come up with some genuine ways which can add few inches to your height.
With the advancement in technology and most of the things getting done over PCs and smartphones, people are spending a major portion of their time on their desks. And not only for work, but people also spend hours scrolling their phone's screen in leisure time. And in all of this, they forget to maintain the correct posture. An incorrect posture takes almost an inch away from your height. So, if you start maintaining a correct posture, you will yourself realize that you have gained back your lost inch.
In some ways, running can make you taller. The reason behind it is that running forces you to be in proper shape and makes you keep your back straight. Due to incorrect posture and obviously gravity, the spine gets compressed, the vertebrae come closer to each other filling the space between them. So, when we run we keep our back straight and this makes our spine decompressed. So, running does not lead to an increase in height but indirectly enhances the factor which does.
