A nice weather and the decreasing curve
Today when I woke up, the sky looked a little cloudy. There was a light cool breeze in the air. And, the weather was geat. Well, the monsoon is arriving in a few days and that is why the weather is better these days. The sky looked great until 7pm when the sunlight became a little harsh. Still, the cool breeze reamined in the air. Such a weather makes me miss doing cycling.
Yesterday I was unusually anxious and I figured out that the day I do not go for workout, I get anxious. Though, it was a rest day so I had no other choice, giving rest to my muscles is important as well. Usually, on a rest day I wake up two hours late than my usual time. I do this because a more sound sleep leads to better muscle recovery. Also, I sometimes wonder that if it is only me or everyone who is experiencing anxiety once in a few days.
Well, I guess the time is responsible for anxiety issues. Most of our works are getting done by being at home only. We are unable to spend more times outdoors. And all this has caused a very monotonus life. As the day begins, we open our laptops and start doing our works. We do not even realize when the day got over. Soon, the day ends and the cycle continues. In this way, more than a year has passed and we didn't really know where we had spend all that time.
Sometimes I just feel that why has all this happened? Everything was going really fine and suddenly everything changed. Also, we don't know how long it is going to last. Maybe a couple of years more.
I rarely write about the pandemic and situation but sometimes I really miss out on things and then I just feel that why not express all of it over here.
Anyways, the good part is that the second wave of COVID-19 is going down as rapidly as it went up. If you don't belive then just google 'COVID19 graph India' and you can see how it went and how the last one went as well.
Though, it's good to know that the wave is going down, but the only thing I fear about is a third wave. The second was had a maxima three times higher than the first one. So, if a third wave comes, then would the situation be the worst than ever? No one knows. So, let's just hope for the best and be precautious.
Have a great day!
