Anxiety issues and choices
In this era of technology, we are all surrounded by so many devices and electronics. Though the tech is making our lives easier but sometimes it can be troublesome as well. Sometimes, we waste a lot of time by getting involved in technology, and then when we realize it, we get anxious.
Today, I wasted a lot of time surfing the internet. I was least productive today, and at the same time, the most anxious. This how your anxiety is directly proportional to the time you waste over tech.
And the worst part, I'm don't know how to deal with today's article. And I know it's just not me but most of you who must be facing such issues in your day-to-day life.
We start our day, remain productive for the first few hours of the day, then get relaxed and then waste the whole day. And in the end, we are left with nothing but anxiety. We then decide to do all the things the next day and doze off to sleep. And then, the cycle repeats. In this way, days pass into weeks, weeks into months, and sometimes months into years.
So, there is a need to break this cycle. And to do that, we have to do what we never do. I mean, we just have to make the other choice. We choose to relax, but instead, we have to make the choice to push more.
As usual, in the morning, I was doing my marathon running practice on an elevating road. Every day, while going up, I stop after a certain distance. But today, I just chose the other side. While going up, there came a point when I felt that I should stop, but then I thought, let's see how more I can go. Every time I felt like stopping, I just thought the same thing. And in this way, I climbed up the whole elevation and reached the elevated road. So, it's just, we all can do much more than we think. It's just we are choosing the wrong thing.
Today, I don't have much to write about, but I guess what I have written is enough to tell you that it's all about making the right choice.
Have a great day.
