International Yoga Day
So, today is International Yoga Day. I was expecting more people to show up in the park in the morning, but to my surprise, no one showed up. In fact, less than the usual number of people were there in the morning. Maybe, everyone was doing Yoga in front of their laptop screens.
Well, Yoga is a great thing to do. We can build our outer physique greatly by indulging in intense workouts, but if we want to get healthy from the inside then we should do yoga.
Though I never indulged much in Yogic exercises, after getting to know about its amazing benefits which can lead to a very healthy life, I'm going to add some Yoga days to my workout schedule.
Now, today was a good day. I mean, I'm satisfied with the day. I studied in the morning, watched my favorite TV show in the afternoon and then had a test in which I scored well enough to not ruin my mood. Also, I'm feeling very relaxed and carefree.
Anyways, getting back to the point, Yoga is a great way to deal with stress and anxiety which is common these days. And not only that, we can get rid of almost all health related issues. So, we should practice yoga.
I don't want to write an essay on Yoga because then it will get really boring for me as well as the readers. So, I'm ending this here only. I know it's way too shorter than my usual posts but sometimes a little is also enough.
