It's all about time
This month passed faster than usual. And, obviously half of the year has also passed.
Well, there is a study on why time passes faster as we grow older. Now, time is passing faster than ever in lockdown and there is another reason for it.
Also, things are so boring these days that I don't get anything new to write about. If I talk about today, I woke up and then went for my workout. After that, I came back, took a shower, and sat on my desk to study. And then the usual routine. One thing that went wrong in the afternoon is that I went for a nap and then woke up in the evening. I felt great after having a good sleep but felt terrible when I realized that I wasted 3 hours. Now, this is an issue which is bothering me for many months and so I am going to make certain changes in my routine to fix it up. Also, I expect that a change in routine will lead to a change in my performance as well. And, that is why I should modify it in such a way that it maximizes my performance.
You must have seen people who study like hell and still couldn't perform well. And, on the other hand, there are some who study less but perform better than most. It's just the quality hours you put in matters. Whatever you do, if you're doing it with complete focus then you will outshine. And if you're just doing stuff all day, feeling bored of doing it, and still putting your efforts thinking it will lead to big outputs then you're wrong. In the past two years, I have experimented over almost all kinds of schedules and came to the conclusion that your performance is at its best when you're putting in efforts only for a limited amount of hours. If you're putting in too few hours then obviously you won't see any good output. And if you're putting in too many hours then you'll soon start to hate what you're doing. You need to identify that right amount between too few and too many and then you're all good.
Have a great day!
