Sleeplessness and learning Japanese

 

Today I did the same thing again. I slept in the afternoon and then woke up in the evening. I guess, I'm tired these days and that is why this is happening to me. Also, I'm experiencing insomnia for the last few days and I know the reason behind it. Using a smartphone, tablet, or PC, or any kind of such device before going to bed leads to insomnia. So, it is important that we keep these gadgets aside at least half an hour before going to sleep.

Another thing that troubles me is my laptop's brightness. It does not have that perfect amount of brightness level. When I increase the brightness to two levels, it becomes too bright. And when I keep it at one level, it is too dim. I always feel that it should have a level between these two and then it would have been perfect. I guess it's just not me who is experiencing this issue. Many of you must have experienced this.


Moreover, these days I'm trying to learn a little Japanese. Learning this language is a bit typical. Also, there are many special characters in Japanese called Kanji in which each character has a special meaning. Though it takes comparatively more time to learn this language, it is interesting and fun to do. And if I talk about Japanese people, they are I guess smarter than other people. Also, the Japanese are way too ahead in terms of innovation and technology. That is why Japanese technology is considered the best in the world. One more thing that I like about Japanese people is their lifestyle. On average, they live longer than people of other countries. It is their lifestyle that has made them way too ahead of the rest of the world. So, we should learn from the Japanese lifestyle and culture.
