A great start of the day
Yesterday I wrote a story and to my surprise, I got positive feedback. Actually, way more positive than I expected. And so, now I'm confident for the next part.
Now, talking about today, the day started very well. It was a rest day so I did a morning walk. It was a beautiful morning. Because there were clouds, so there was no harsh sunlight. Also, a cool breeze was blowing in the air and it felt really amazing when I was up on the elevated road. Then I went to the park and stretched out my muscles so that they can relax and recover well.
The best thing about starting the day well is that it makes the whole day well. That is why highly productive people always ensure that they start their day well. We too should try to adopt this habit of making our mornings great. In fact, Robin Sharma wrote a book on this subject titled '5 AM Club'. I haven't read this book yet. Maybe I will do so next year. For this year, I have some other books on my reading list.
After I finished watching all the seasons of my favorite TV show, now I don't have anything specific to do at that time of the afternoon. So, sometimes I surf the web, sometimes I watch random videos on youtube. And, sometimes I go sleep. Though most of the time I feel sleepy and I don't know why. I still remember, there was a time when I couldn't sleep in the daytime. People used to advise me that I should sleep after coming back home from school and I couldn't explain to them that I can't do so even if I want to. I guess it's all about age. And in the late teens and early twenties, everyone feels more sleepy than usual.
Anyways, this post is not on 'sleep'. It's just, most of the time I write out almost anything with the flow. So, that was all about today. Maybe something new in the next one.
