Making a positive impact on conventional people's life
I had a very bad habit of not respecting the people who are living a conventional life. I mean, I didn't really value people who are doing things the way most people do. For example, I used to think of college students who don't do anything except studying as useless, people who still aspire to just get a job as narrow-minded, people who believe in fixed deposits rather than investing in stocks as dumb, and many more like this. But, I realized, it's none of their faults. Not everyone who is walking on the usual path is doing carelessness, many are doing it because they have some other responsibilities as well. While some don't have enough knowledge due to lack of resources. I never tried to see how their lives actually are.
Well, there are some people who have taken things for granted and then walking on that conventional path just because they are actually careless, and I don't really care about such people. But, there are people who are helpless. They have responsibilities. They can't just risk walking on the road where very few people travel because they have people who are totally dependent on them.
There is a need to make more people educated about the various opportunities and fields available in today's world. Blaming and pointing out negative aspects is easy but it itself is a negative part. The positive part is when we actually make efforts to change what we don't really like about people, when we make efforts to understand and solve their problems, and when we educate them and make them aware of the endless possibilities in today's world.
In the end, I just want to say that I was wrong, and now I have changed this negative part of me. And so, I will try to make efforts to make a positive impact on such people's life.
Have a great day!
