Doing difficult things first
Today I had my upper body workout. The one thing about upper body workout is that it seems too tough. Kind of a thing that looks almost impossible. But, no matter how challenging it seems, I manage to finish it, and then it feels really amazing. Similarly, my habit of taking cold water showers turns more and more challenging as winters approach. But, I never skip it. In fact, I bathe with cold water only. Also, I bathe every day. So, doing such tough things at the beginning of the day gives me inner strength. It makes me realize that if I can tackle such things then the rest of the things are next to nothing. Moreover, maintaining these small habits consistently every day brings discipline into my life. Which, gradually leads to overall progress.
Well, I don't have anything more for today. So, ending this here only.
On a final note, I would only say, do the most difficult things at the beginning of the day instead of postponing them for doing later. Finishing difficult things first gives you a sense of power that now you can finish easier things way too easily. Also, maintain good habits consistently and bring discipline to your life to see progress.
