Post Diwali pollution
Today, a day after Delhi, when I went out in the morning at 6:30, it looked like a January morning where the fog is so intense that one can't see more than a few meters away. The only difference what that it was smog rather than fog caused last night's excess fireworks. It was not cold at all, just a lack of visibility and that's it. Despite a complete ban on firecrackers in the capital city, people are being careless in the NCR region. I don't understand why these people are doing such childish acts.
First, they pollute the environment with firecrackers and then they leave the city for a few days to escape from it. This shows how selfish are such people.
Diwali is all about spreading joy, but it is becoming a cause of spreading lungs and skin diseases in the National Captial Region for the last few years. We can't ignore this thing because it is becoming a serious issue. And if we won't take action, things will turn out to be worse than thought.
At 21:40, I'm yet to finish this article and post it. I started with this Diwali pollution thing and now I'm clueless about what to write more. Better write about my day, it started with a hazy morning, where the sun rose high in the sky but hardly there was any sunshine. Despite being pre-winters, I still bathe with tap cold water. And it's not the first time, I practicing this thing for the last two years. It acts as meditation and gives a sense of peace for the day and helps me in doing my tasks with a clear mind. I won't recommend using cold water for bathing if you have already started using warm water because there is a possibility that you may get sick.
Anyways, the day is about to end for me, for the last few days I'm sleeping late and that is actually affecting my sleep, and so I'm feeling like sleeping early today so that I can wake up easily the next morning.
Have a great day!
