Why leaving the comfort zone is necessary?

Waking up at 6 in the morning is a tough job in winter. Getting out of the blanket and leaving the bed seems impossible. My mind fills up with questions like, "why am I doing this? ", "why so harsh on myself? ". But, I just make myself move and get ready to head out for the workout. Even, the workouts look challenging in the beginning, I feel as if I won't be able to complete my reps. But, in the end, I actually finish everything successfully. It's just I keep on moving myself, pushing myself to do it. Things happen by themselves, it's just we need to keep on moving.

Many of the tough-looking jobs can be easily finished only if we do not look at them as if they are impossible. Half of the job is itself done if we have an optimistic mindset. Also, the feeling we get after doing such things can never be found in things that do not require effort. When I finish my workout, I feel really amazing, something that can never be felt lying on the bed.

Also, for a few weeks, I have started running long distances on the rest days of my workout. Every time, when I get on the track, I feel like stopping after some distance. But, this is where all the difference lies. Keeping aside the thought of stopping, I just keep on running no matter how it feels. And, when I finish my total distance, it feels really amazing, as if I have actually accomplished something. Especially, in the winters, my body feels amazing.

Well, it's all about getting out of your comfort zone and getting things done. We all come across choices, and sometimes we procrastinate, while sometimes we take action. Choosing the latter motivates us that we can do more. While the former actually makes easier things look challenging too.
So, choose to take action. Choose to get out of your comfort zone. It may seem harsh in the beginning. But, once things start getting done, you get motivated to do more and more.

Have a great day!
