How to feel less colder?
It's the 21st of December. How many of you remember that this day marks the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere? Well, we all have had learned about it in junior school. Probably, many of you must have forgotten about it as well. So, the winter solstice marks the start of astronomical winter. It is the shortest day of the year or, the day that receives minimum daylight. Also, from tomorrow, the duration of daylight we receive will get longer day by day until the summer solstice occur where vice versa happens.
Now, the next thing I observed today is that it's not that cold. I mean, I just had a long walk under the moon and now I'm not feeling much colder. And when I remain indoors for the whole day, I feel extremely cold. And so, I just realized that we feel much colder when we don't step outside of our homes in fear of the chills of cold. If you too are troubled by the extreme winters, I would suggest you step outdoors and take a walk, especially at night time. A walk after dinner will work fine. Just trust my words and you will yourself feel the magic.
Have a great day!
