The early morning struggle in winters

 The problem with winters is that one can't do a morning workout outdoors. It was 10 degrees celsius at 7 in the morning. Just like yesterday, my morning workout was an unsuccessful attempt this morning. This time I managed to do two out of three sets of the first exercise.

When I woke up, I was wondering only if my house would have been centrally air-conditioned with a gym on one floor, it would be so amazing. Well, the struggle I face today will someday make me able to afford this thing. I just hope that day comes soon.

Anyways, I have been hearing from a lot of people that bodybuilding is most effective in winters, but reading a couple of articles about this topic on the internet made me aware that these are just myths. Earlier, I was eager to transform my physique more muscular this winter, but due to this 12-day interruption that affected my performance, I got worried about how I will manage to push harder during the workouts. Now, as I have busted the myth, I'm not worried about it anymore.
