The logarithmic perception
Finally, I have started my last book for this year, Ikigai. For a really long time, I wanted to read this book and now I've got to do it. After reading the initial pages of this book, I've found that it is on a better side than what I expected it to be. In fact, I have learned a lot of things in just a few pages. So, one can expect this book to be full of knowledge that can be practically used.
This book is about how Japanese people live longer than the population of the rest of the world and so it discusses their lifestyle which makes it possible.
Today I'm writing this blog a few hours earlier because I'm actually feeling like writing right now. I know if I will write at my usual time, I would struggle to do so and end up with a random meaningless article.
I've learned that doing new things and exposing ourselves to new activities makes up perceive time slower whereas doing the same things every day causes us to perceive time faster. This is the reason why the last two years passed so fast. It was pandemic and people couldn't step out much from their houses causing monotonicity in their life. Just like these two years, your whole life can pass in jest of time if you won't expose yourself to new things. So, explore new places, do some adventure, and live longer in life. Actually, there is a huge concept behind this perception of time. The human mind perceives things on a logarithmic scale rather than on a linear scale and this is why it happens. Now, I don't really know how to explain this crazy stuff in this article even though I have understood it very well. And so I'm leaving it to you to find it out yourself.
Have a great day!
