Being healthy
Hey!
So, I have been missing my morning workout for two days and now I can't afford to miss it anymore.
How strange it is, I managed a morning workout routine in the chilling winters of January but now I'm unable to wake up when it is not cold anymore here. It's a clear sign of getting into a comfort zone which is not something good. Also initially, it feels good to miss that workout while being on the bed trying to get out of it. At that moment, uncountable reasons come into my mind for why I should miss my workout. But later in the day, I don't feel satisfied at all. I realize the reasons to head out for the workout are way bigger than those pity reasons on why I shouldn't. Also, there is one thing with me that is I don't feel good being in an unhealthy routine. Like, I don't enjoy eating junk food. In fact, I can't eat anything blindly or just because it tastes good. Since I've been into fitness and workout, I've attained a good awareness of what is good and what is bad for eating. And it is really important for each of us to be aware of.
Our bodies are nothing more than a modification of what we eat. If we feed ourselves healthy and nutritious things then not only we will become healthier but we will start looking more beautiful too. On the contrary, if we keep on consuming unhealthy junk food, we will become and look unhealthy and lazy.
I'm not a nutrition expert nor any fitness coach but still, I try my best to share at least what I've had experienced throughout the years. I've been way too unhealthy as well, and now I'm much healthier than before so I know the difference. And it's not only about physical health.
As I told you, if we stay healthy then we look healthy and that is something that makes us more confident. Personally, speaking this is the biggest change I felt when I got into shape. I no longer felt as if the people around me are thinking that I look too ugly or way out of shape. I am not trying to offend anyone by this means, so please don't take it the wrong way. As I always say that my blogs are just my experiences which I want you all to know so that you do not get into those troubles I went through.
Anyways, I believe our body is the most important thing in our lives. Without our body, we are nothing. So, it is our topmost priority to take care of it, feed it with the right fuel and keep it healthy forever.
