Exhaustion
Hello!
The week has begun and the month is about to end.
Today I practically experienced that anger can destroy your mental strength for some while. And therefore, anger is bad and we should remain calm everytime. Though, sometimes it can become tough to control anger but that is the best time to practice controlling it.
There is a popular saying which almost everyones knows, 'never lose your temper' and this is a very honest statement.
Moreover, since I'm not at my home, I've not done anything productive for the last 9 days. And this lack of productivity is exhausting me now. At first, I relaxed for few days. Then I started getting bored. And now I'm getting exhausted. This is exactly what I wrote about in the blog about burnout. Though I didn't had any burnout but still I'm on a holiday like situation. I am not sure how long this is going to last but one thing is for sure, these things are just testing my limits and I can master this ver well.
